SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are dispatched on Monday to Friday within 2 business days.
All orders will be dispatched from the UK by Royal Mail via a tracked service. You will receive confirmation of your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
For international customers, Royal Mail will pass your package onto local carriers once they arrive to their destination country.

UK Standard Tracked Delivery (2-3 working days) - £3.99 (free on orders over £40)
UK Next Day Tracked Delivery (order before 12pm) - £6.00
EU International Tracked Delivery (3-10 working days) - £10
USA, Australia & Rest of World International Tracked Delivery (5-11 working days) - £11

If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we can to assist you in locating your package. Please note that if proof of delivery is generated, we are not responsible for the lost package. Please ensure that you have chosen delivery to a secure location
DUTY & TAXES
STAKD is a UK based company.
If you are a buyer outside of the United Kingdom (which now includes the EU), you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are issued once the package reaches your country.
Any additional charges for customs clearance are not included in the RRP or shipping cost, and must be covered by the customer on arrival.

ORDER ERRORS
If you have made a mistake on your order (eg. incorrect shipping address or incorrect item ordered) you may be able to correct this provided your order has not already been picked and packed.Please email us as soon as possible at info@stakdjewellery.com and if we can, we will correct the mistake for you.
We are not responsible for failed delivery due to an incorrect shipping address. Orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be re-sent when they are returned to us, however customer will be responsible for re-shipping fee.
